Our approach

Challenge, not busywork.

HiAbility is built around how capable kids actually learn best: real projects, expert mentors, small groups, and the freedom to go as deep and as fast as their curiosity takes them.

01

Project-based mastery

Kids learn by building something real and finishing it — the surest way to deep, lasting skill.

02

Personalized pace

No ceiling and no waiting. Each child advances the moment they're ready for the next challenge.

03

Mentor-led studios

Small groups led by working creators and engineers who love teaching kids who want more.

04

Showcase & portfolio

Students present what they build and leave with a portfolio — and the confidence behind it.

The path

How a student gets started.

1

Book a free trial

Pick a program and a time. The first class is free, so your child can feel it out with zero pressure.

2

Meet & assess

A mentor learns your child's level and interests in the first session and notes where to begin.

3

Personalized plan

We place your child in the right studio with goals that keep them stretched and engaged.

4

Build, ship, showcase

Your child creates real projects, presents them, and grows a portfolio over time.

Safe, supportive, and serious about fun

Mentors who get bright kids.

Our mentors are vetted creators and engineers who know how to challenge a quick mind without losing the joy. Small studios mean no child slips through the cracks.

  • Background-checked, kid-first mentors
  • Low student-to-mentor ratios in every studio
  • A welcoming space for neurodiverse and twice-exceptional learners
  • Regular progress notes so parents stay in the loop

Before you book.

Kids ages 7 to 17, grouped into Explorers (7–9), Builders (10–12), and Creators (13–17) so every child works at the right level of challenge.
No formal designation is needed. HiAbility is for any curious child ready for more than a typical classroom offers. The free trial helps us find the right starting point.
Studios are intentionally small — usually 7 to 10 students — so mentors can personalize the pace and challenge for each child.
After school, on weekends, and during school breaks and camps. Tell us your availability and we'll match you to a studio.
Yes — the first trial class is free and carries no obligation, so your child can try a program before you decide.
